Refunds, Replacements & Damage Policy

Every sprayed edge book is individually printed, aligned, and quality checked.
While we take utmost care to ensure high standards, minor variations can occur as part of the custom printing process. These do not affect readability or usability.

Book Damage Criteria

Qualifies as Damage	Does Not Qualify as Damage
Torn or ripped dust jacket	Slight scuffs or scratches on dust jacket
Deep dents, extremely crushed corners, or binding separation affecting readability	Minor corner bumps caused during shipping
Pages with large stains, ink smudges, or missing print	Light ink bleeding, creases on dust jacket flaps or spine edges
Severe water damage or mold	Slight unevenness or texture on sprayed edges due to the printing process
Misprinted or upside-down pages	Minor variations in sprayed edge shade or density, which are normal in custom printed editions
Heavily blurry sprayed edges	Small print alignment differences
Torn or missing pages	Packaging damage when the book inside is safe and intact

Refund & Replacement Policy

Full Refund: For books with severe damage affecting readability or usability.
Partial Refund: For minor aesthetic damage (e.g., dents, binding issue) where the book remains fully readable.
Replacement: For lost parcels or cases where the incorrect book was sent.

Decisions are made after reviewing photos shared by the customer and may vary on a case by case basis.

Time Window for Claims

All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).
For lost parcels, please report within 30 days of dispatch.
